We had Bob run a gas line to our kitchen so we could put in a gas stove. Every other plumber we talked to wanted to tear down the finished ceiling the whole length of the basement in order to get it done. Bob was clever enough to figure out how to use an existing soffit to run a gas line so that we wouldn't have to tear down the ceiling, thus saving us a lot of money, trouble and headache. Bob is obviously a plumber who knows how to think creatively in order to solve problems. Everything was done professionally and our home was left clean. I really appreciated Bob's work.

I wish I could choose all the descriptors beyond just the three of responsiveness, professionalism and value. :/ I would have selected them all! Responded within 3 minutes of my project outreach. Was at my house within 45 minutes (as quoted). And this was on a Sunday!! I paid extra per hour for Sunday, but it was made clear to me and a Monday appointment was offered. My situation was concerning to me so I opted for Sunday. Definitely adding to my contacts as my go-to plumbing expert!!!
