What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk through our clients goals and expectations of the project to make sure we have a clear understanding of the end goal. We ask clarifying questions when in doubt. And walk through the completed project to confirm client’s expectations are met. If not, we do our best to rectify anything we can to meet or exceed the expectations.
