- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I determine the price for a job, I like to come by and look at it so that I can give an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer contacts me, I set up an appointment to meet and take a look at what they are wanting to have done. For jobs that only require labor, and not materials, I give the customer a price for the job when we meet. For jobs that require me to purchase materials, I will create an estimate and email it to the customer. Once the price is agreed upon, I will set up a time to do the work. Payment is required once the job is completed.
