FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $45 per hour. However, if this is unattainable for some who are very passionate and dedicated then we can work out a trade system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd meet with the customer and listen to their side of the story. Where they come from, what their hobbies are. Then I'd like to get to know what brought them to me and this practice, why did they choose yoga and what were their previous experiences like? We'd discuss goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc. I'd make an assessment of what I believe would be best for the student and communicate that with them. We'd work together to find a plan that works best for both parties. Then we'd continue to meet there on out to begin this relationship with each other, ourselves, and the practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 200 hour, one-on-one, yoga therapy course in Thailand. I also received my 200hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification this past spring, and a now teaching at Yoga Sol right here in Columbia.
