What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my students work with me on a month to month basis whereby they get a discount when they pay in advance at the beginning of the month. My fee is currently $40/hr without the advance payment, but since they pay in advance it drops to $35/hr. Usually this includes all materials and instruction. Occasionally a student will have to buy materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first consult, the student and I identify the student's goals and the best approach to reach those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of ESL teaching experience. I have taught survival English and English for academic purposes.
