- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't nickel and dime the customer. We have built products that solve pain points for small businesses and the last thing we want to do is have an extra charge for this or that. We will also have a price match guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an onboarding team that will walk you through the process when getting started. Depending on the product purchased, the onboarding can be any where from 3 days to 2 weeks. Once onboarded we have a Customer Success team that is available during business hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is certified Google Partners, and all of our analyst are Adwords certified and continue with Google EDU. We also are Facebook Partners giving us access to up coming new audience targeting techniques.
