- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are never the cheap guy in the room. Our designer/estimators make it a point to truly understand your objectives for the space. While our numbers may seem elevated at the beginning, we include the items discussed onsite. Our process is to not put you in a bind with continuous change orders, which delay the project and overruns your budge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a discovery call, then one of our designer/estimators visits the space to get more details and to document the space. We will then prepare a detailed proposed scope of work and cost estimation, which we schedule for a return visit to discuss the project. We are no pressure sales, as we want to ensure the interview process will be mutually aligned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're always taking online and in-person training to ensure we are staying at the forefront of the industry.
