We dropped of a computer that would not turn on and we were perplexed. After a couple days we pick a working computer. He fixed a short in the motherboard and so far, it is working great!

I was searching for data recovery in Kansas City using thumbtack and the internet. I read all the reviews about every data recovery service listed in KC area. Filled out on line estimate sheets to get a good estimate from several. I looked at how long they had been in business. To get my business they had to have a good lab in the KC area. I also needed a service that was open on Saturday. I gave my 2 TB HDD of data that could not be replaced of photos, videos and business to Accuserv Inc. on a Saturday. Monday I received a call that the data would be recoverable from my storage HHD. It would take some time due to the amount of data and the condition of the motor on the drive. 100% of the data that was on the HDD was recovered and tranfered to a new HDD. And as of this submission all data has been backed up an external HDD. Even after all the research I did, I trusted my gut instincts that you feel walking in. For the amount of data recovered and time involved no other data recovery service would have had given me a better deal.

James arrived on-time and was more than willing to help with choosing the correct mount for our TV. He also offered to get a CD unstuck from my MacBook and even deliver it after it was fixed. Accuserve was amazing and they were very helpful.
