- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My aim when beginning a relationship with new clients is built upon learning as much as possible about the drives and desires behind your fitness goals. I believe I can better educate, motivate and support my clients when we've thoroughly discussed the 'why' to their fitness journey.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for fitness began in my teenage years, health and strength training became an avenue for me to better myself both physically and emotionally. As I learned of the benefits of fitness I quickly became enamored with the goal of helping anyone I'd come across with their fitness journey. Having now trained clients nearly a decade I have perfected my craft and look forward to helping you with your health goals!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to speak to former clients, a trainer's best advertisement is those with whom they've previously worked. I'm fortunate in having some amazing current and past trainees which I'd love for you to get in touch with!
