Very responsive and professional. I didn’t gee to use him because went a different direction, but I appreciated his time and professionalism!
Alvin did a great job tiling around a shower surround in my basement. He was willing to discuss small changes and incorporated them perfectly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different. Depending on layout, square footage and tile size that's why is important to see it in person and discuss what is more convenient for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to the customer as soon as possible to provide an estimate. If necessary, I will ask If I can drive out to their home or business to discuss the project and personally get a feel for the job and give them more of an accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In California I had taken safety classes, I took a 6 month curse to receive my tile contractors license
