- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival, I do a Walk through of the entire space together that is desired to be cleaned. I SHOW ALL MY CLEANING PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS to be sure they are approved and not cause allergy issues or unwanted fumes/smells. BEFORE LEAVING I DO A WALK THROUGH SHOWING WHATS BEEN DONE AND ASK WHAT NEEDS REDONE OR ANYTHING ELSE THEY MAY WANT DONE IF THERE IS ENOUGH TIME IM BOOKING SLOT.

Being raised with chores and cleaning my room taught me to be cleanly. Ha Ha
