FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many pieces of advice I could offer to potential customers, but I think the most important advice would be to make sure that the company you are considering is legitimate by doing a few simple steps. Make sure that the company is bonded. This helps to ensure that all of the people entering your home are upstanding and trustworthy. If you have any doubts request and require references. If the company is legitimate they will have built a loyal customer base that wont mind allowing themselves to be used as references. Get quotes in writing. Your service wont change from one week to the next, neither should the cost. Most quotes will be good for 30 days, this will allow you time to get other quotes and make an informed decision. Never rush into accepting the service unless you are absolutely comfortable with the service and the provider. If they are legitimate they wont mind giving you the time you need
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that every customer understood that just like a lot of other fields of service, there are people who think that because they own a mop and broom they can be profesional cleaning services. Just because I own a lawn mower and a weed trimmer that does'nt make me a landscaping company. What it makes is a situation where a customer can get a realy cheep price for a substandard service. If an individual truly wants to be profesional and legitimate, they will put in the effort to get bonded, purchase and know how to use the appropriate tools for the job, and do the many, many things that it takes to earn the respect reputation that comes with being a profesional company.
