I have been training with Sam for the past two years and I can honestly say that the transformation my body has made in the last couple of years is great. Since training with him this is the happiest and most confident I have ever been with my body. My goal was to build muscle and drop weight and he definitely helped me achieve that goal. Sam does a great job of making workouts intense, switching them up so you are never bored and provides a lot of instruction during the workouts so you do the exercises correctly. I looked forward to my workouts every time. I knew Sam would be able to help me achieve my goals after my first workout with him. Also, all of the workouts he created for me were made for my target goals. He was always very positive but pushed me whenever I needed it. Sam is great!
