- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several multi area discounts and Yes our retail rate is $39 per 10 x 12 area, $3 per stair, and $1.50 per linear foot of hallway.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive for our appointment and we introduce ourselves and then we perform a walk through with each valued client to see the areas to be cleaned. We then discuss any specific concerns and talk about potential problem stains in advance.
