I contacted this company late one evening and I had a response early the next morning that someone could come by that afternoon, which worked great for me. I can’t remember the person’s name but he was very friendly, explained my problem and gave me an estimate. I told him we would decide whether we wanted to fix the machine or buy a new one and then let him know because it was an expensive repair. I had a man come out a few years ago when my machine was still under warranty to fix something on my washer and when I asked him to fix my door they said it wasn’t a covered expense because someone had obviously been “hanging or leaning” on it. My husband and I are in our 60’s… this man fixed it while he was here and didn’t even mention it. We have decided to repair our washer and will have this company back out to fix it.

My fridge suddenly stopped cooling and I was worried all the food would go bad. I contacted Switch Pro Appliance Services and they came out quickly. The tech explained the issue in simple terms and fixed the fridge the same day. Since he was already there, he also did preventive maintenance on our dryer at half the price, which I really appreciated. Everything works great now. Easy to work with, fair pricing, and no hassle. Would definitely call them again.
