- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a basic, drywall mounting where it’s not above a fireplace, I charge $79 for a level TV that’s safe and secure, a screen cleaning, and I’ll tie up any hanging cords if your fine leaving them hanging. Any variation on that costs extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping in mind that every client and their needs vary, there is no “typical process” to follow. Whether new or returning, our goals are common: a timely, affordable, and perfectly assembled piece for enjoyment, use, and value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I picked up a level and drill almost four years ago, watch some YouTube, and took a very, very long to finish a job. Though I still learn new things daily, my experiences have moved me beyond a 3-hour time for a simple drywall job.
