Much appreciate Courtney at Tracker Door Company for squeezing the broken garage door torsion spring replacement the same day. Its my mother in laws house, she is 97 years old (very independent woman she is) and I live out of town 30 minutes away. The garage door is used for any emergencies for the Lansing KS Fire Department EMT to use. They know the garage code to get into her house to assist her if needed. In addition, Tanner was the tech who changed out the broken spring with two new springs. My family is very happy with Tracker Door responsiveness. Give them a call when needed. The spring on our overhead door broke on Sunday afternoon. We left a message on the recorder and one of the employees texted and said he would be at our house by six thirty on Monday morning. He came and put a temp fix on the spring until the tech could come by later to install the new spring. By early afternoon we had a working garage door. Great customer service!We have used Tracker Door for twenty years and would highly recommend them.
