Butch was a pleasure to work with. He tackled a challenge of fitting a new speed oven and warming drawer into an existing space under the cabinet, which required significant modification. He handled all the carpentry and electrical work with ease, and was very professional and communicative the entire process. Butch was very responsive and pleasant to work with-- no doubt we will be calling on his services again in the future!
I really appreciate his willingness to find out the issues I was having with my shower, not working. He went above a simple service call by bringing in a 2nd party that could identify the issue without any additional charges!!! Thank you and my pockets. Thanks

I was scheduled for the following day for 3 toilet installation. But the same day I closed on my home Butch was able to come out w/o issue. (I’m just not patient lol). So his flexibility was top notch!!! He was quick and efficient. Also, he noticed my hoses were too short on my toilet and advised I get a longer one. Thanks so much Butch!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide an estimate up front on the app for basic jobs. For bigger jobs, I would like to see the site first before I give a firm price. If you want a written estimate for insurance purposes, I charge $65 for that, but if you hire me to do the work, I deduct that from the final bill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate by phone or text up front to make sure we are on the same page regarding the project and schedule. I like to communicate a lot throughout the project to make sure you are happy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Grandfather and father owned a home building company when I was young so I grew up in the home building business and was taught many of the aspects of building a home, which transfers into the repair and maintaining of a home. I have been a home owner for 30+ years and have always performed the maintenance and up keep myself.
