- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For insurance claims, we use an insurance industry approved software, Xactimate. For jobs not covered by insurance, we provide a free on-site inspection followed by a prompt estimate. In many instances, an estimate can be given at the time of inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phones are answered 24/7 and connected live to a local representative for emergency situations. For non-emergency situations, we work personally with customers to schedule a free on-site inspection at a time convenient for the owner. For insurance claims, we work directly with the insurance adjuster and provide customers with updates as the job progresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has the appropriate training and certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). We are also EPA Lead Safe certified to work in both Kansas and Missouri.
