We needed a new attic access built under a tight timeline. Joe responded immediately to the request and was out two days later to quote the project. Him and his team worked with our expedited request and did so professionally, completing a quality job in one day.
I will be contacting them for any construction job moving forward.

We had a great experience with Average Joe Construction. They were hired to repair wood rot on a dormer and did fantastic work in a very timely manner. We would definitely use them again.

Joe and his team did an amazing job!! We had them create an awesome patio in our backyard that turned out unbelievable. Joe and his team were responsive to all my questions and also suggested great ideas that I would have never thought of that turned our patio area into a space that is great for our kids as well as the parents!! Not to mention they were very competitively priced that allowed us to add on to our project.

Rude guy, didn't even offer a price, just said I was cheap when I told him what I wanted to spend. I'd probably have ended up making a deal to use the company for two days, as much as they got done, if it came to that. Never again.

Vicki, we are sorry you felt our discussion was rude. We were trying to explain the details behind our pricing. We also were hoping to explain our focus on quality and taking care of our employees. There was no intention to insult you and we never called you cheap. Customers have different goals for every project and when the main or even only goal of the customer is price we are most likely not the best match for the job. We wish you the best in finding the right pro for your project and that is how we ended the conversation.
