I have been a cook now since I was 13 years old. I have been managing kitchens since I was 16. From humble to fine dining, I have done it all. For 21 years now, I still love what I do and enjoy bringing my passion to others.
I really enjoy doing special events that have great meaning to them, and I can contribute to making that experience memorable through my cuisine.
I am currently the chef and managing partner of the Rusty Horse Tavern in Parkville. I have my amazing family of 3 girls: my fiance Rachel and daughters Peyton and Tyler.
I have my culinary degree from the Art Institutes International of MN. I also became a certified chef through the American Culinary Federation in 2006.
