Introduction: I love the flexibility my job offers. I have kids in school so its really nice to see them off to school and be home when they get home. Cooking for my regular clients allows me to be able to do that. And I love the excitement of a party so when I'm cooking for a party its always fun! I love creating new menus and trying fun appetizers - my favorite right now are steak martini bites served in a mini martini glass. They taste divine and look great too!

Chef Michele is amazing. She took care of everything. We had her cater our housewarming party. We had just finished moving in and wanted a stress free event. Chef Michele made is easy and relaxing. You can't go wrong.
