What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the facility, cleaning frequency, scope of work, and level of service needed. We prefer to walk the building first so we can provide an accurate, straightforward quote instead of guessing. We are rarely the lowest-priced option, but we focus heavily on reliability, communication, quality control, and consistent results. For recurring commercial clients, we can also bundle services such as deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning when appropriate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a walkthrough of the facility so we can understand exactly what needs to be cleaned, how the building is used, and where the current pain points are. From there, we build a customized scope of work and provide a clear proposal. Once approved, we assign and train the cleaning team specifically for that facility. During the first few weeks, management is heavily involved to make sure expectations are clear and the transition goes smoothly. We also perform ongoing quality-control checks and stay in regular communication with our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives hands-on training for commercial cleaning procedures, chemical use, equipment, floor care, restroom sanitation, safety, and facility-specific requirements. We also train extensively on consistency, communication, and quality-control standards. Management regularly performs site inspections, coaching, and retraining to make sure our crews continue meeting the standards established with each customer.
