Regardless of the task(s), I charge $100 per hour, pro-rated after the first hour. I can fix as many issues on as many devices as you want during that time period. I do NOT charge extra for each task. Geek Squad and other competitors charge $149+ per hour and additionally charge for each individual issue.
Note: I cannot fix physically broken issues such as cracked screens, bursting batteries, etc..

Adam worked me into his busy schedule to fix a Mac problem that I had created. He jumped right in and had it fixed in no time at all! Since we still had some time left I told him about a few problems I was having with some programs, and he not only fixed those, but told me along the way what he was doing in case I had a problem later. Of course if i have any problems later...rather than trying to muddle through them myself...I will not hesitate to call Adam again! I highly recommend Adam's Tech Support!!

Adam is a professional, prompt, polite individual and listens to your concerns about your computer. He provides solutions to the issue with your computer and recommends what he thinks would solve the problem. In addition, he takes his time to answer any and all questions. I would recommend Adam for all your computer issues.
My issue was I could not log into my Google. When he arrived he looked at various areas on my computer and determined that my computer was lagging because it was so old (meaning 10 years old). Adam asked me what I use my computer for and he recommended a store where to purchase my computer from. With my autorization he then saved all my files, pictures and Google account to transfer everything from old to my new computer. Again, I would recommend Adam for all your computer concerns.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate of $100 per hour. I can help you with as many different things as you'd like during that time. I do not charge for my drive time and I have no extra hidden charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make it as simple as possible. Call, Text, or Email me and set up an appointment. Let me know what your issue is and where you are located. I'll come out to your location at the soonest time possible that works for both of us.
I am vaccinated and will wear a mask in your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in business management with a minor in entrepreneurship.
While I did take several technology-related classes during my education, most of my skills come from hands on experience. I have run previous online-only companies that were heavily tech based.
