Robert was very professional with his service. He contacted me immediately and helped diagnose what the problem with my computer was. It was a dying hard-drive. We met and I gave him my laptop and discussed the problem more. He worked on the computer and kept me updated via text with the progress and any questions. The next day I picked up the laptop and he stepped me through all the issues and fixes he performed. Very reasonable price, great responsiveness and professional attitude.
