Though I didn't actually have any work done with Ken, I will definitely contact him with any computer/printer problems in the future. I had almost had a repair job for my printer set up when I decided to buy a new one. His communication with me was clear and personable. He even offered to meet me half way to his place. He gets my recommendation.
