The pro came over stating he would give us estimate after coming on-site. Later, after sending all the requested pictures and buying all the needed parts he didn’t fix or clean anything as the vent was too high for him to clean and just charged us $99 for coming. The job was well explained to him over the call before him coming on site and we even gave him the rough height of the wall to which he confirmed he can do it. Would not recommend working with him in future

I gave this guy an estimate for cleaning and replacing the covers that more then 20 feet , this is not his budget even i explained that is very risky high vent.
i also cleaned his dryer vent for the hired price so he won't pay the $99 for just an estimate. so he got his dryer vent cleaned.
