We focus on delivering results with INTEGRITY and leaving customers 100% SATISFIED. We achieve this by prioritizing communication and only hiring experienced painters with 10+ years of experience. We focus on quality. That means starting with a good scope of work provided to you in the form of a proposal to ensure we agree on expectations. Then, we provide communication throughout the project, especially on the start date. On the first day of the project (generally our house repaints are 2-5 days), we do a full power wash of the home. It is followed up by completing any agreed repairs and then caulking/priming/prepping the home thoroughly before we begin painting. During the painting stage, we take/cover all areas not being painted carefully and apply paint at the millage specified by the manufacturer. We are not done with the project until we conduct multiple walkarounds with our own team followed by a final walkaround to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Dan and his team were extremely polite, professional, and provided superior service. We really appreciated the time he took during the initial walk through to advise of the work that would be conducted. It was a great experience to have paint color consultant, Cheryl, visit to help us come up with the exterior home paint colors that we love. The painters completed quality work in a timely fashion and Dan completed a second walkthrough to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. PEMCO Painting exceeded our expectations

Absolutely in love with my new exterior paint job. From the beginning, Dan worked with my husband and I on this job and constantly checked in to make sure we were happy. He came by and did an estimate. He sent over three different quotes (changed based on paint). He was open and honest (which is hard to find these days). Once we agreed on which quote we wanted, he hooked us up with a Sherwin Williams color consultant which definitely made our decision about colors a lot easier. We had narrowed it down, but the color consultant sealed the deal for us. Then, he brought over the three samples of the trim and base. We put the colors on the house and Dan said to take your time and pick the colors you love (also recommended putting the colors on multiple sides of the house so we could see how it looks from all angles). The painting crew was so professional and so nice. We started on a Wednesday and finished by Sunday (only reason it was 5 days was because of the rain). Dan stops by and checks in, follows up with you, and makes sure you are happy. We did a final walk through and there were a few spots that needed touched up and they did it right away. When we bought the house, it didn't feel like ours just yet. Now, it does! I cannot express enough how much we love the job that Pemco did!

PEMCO was amazing! This company did great work. They power washed the house first, then caulked all of the nail holes finally they painted with a higher quality Sherman Williams Paint. I am so happy with the results.

Dan was an absolute professional throughout the entirety of the project. He provided us with an accurate detailed estimate and scope of the work to be completed. He answered any questions and concerns we had as he walked us through his process. He arrived on time and completed all work in a timely manner. We evaluate each project as part of our free estimate process to provide a custom competitive quote. We provide discounts for booking & schedule flexibility.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process helps us maintain customer satisfaction, which is our #1 priority. We start each project with a free estimate where we walk around the project with the customer to learn their expectations. We also provide consultative feedback with our proposed solutions. Generally, we can provide a digital (or printed) quote before we leave the estimate. If there are rot repairs included on the proposal, then the customer will receive pictures with their quote indicating exactly what we are doing to fix the problem. After contract acceptance, we move forward with scheduling a complimentary color consultation with a Sherwin-Williams expert. This helps customers turn their vision into reality. Our color consultation helps customer identify good color schemes for their homes using colors they like. After colors have been selected, we schedule the project, order materials, and keep the customer updated on the timeline. Before the projects starts (generally a week before), we coordinate with the customer the exact start date & time. If it is an interior project, then we'll work with the customer to discuss all variables related to completing the project. Interior projects generally take anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks for a residence. If it is an exterior project, we'll share the start date and anticipated end date. Exterior repainting projects generally take 3-8 days depending on the size of the home. Exterior Painting Process: 1. We start with a full power wash to clean the home. 2. We then address any rot or water damage that was indicated in the proposal. 3. Scrape, sand, and or prime any areas where bare/exposed wood exists 4. Caulk nail holes, cracks, and other areas that need to be sealed 5. Full paint application (we roll, spray, or do both depending on the substrate). 6. Touchups 6. Final walkaround to ensure customer is 100% satisfied.
