- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on the difficulty of a job, the quality of the job, the time frame of a job and from my experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’d like to establish names, and then I follow up by getting all of the details and expectations from that point I would explain the steps which are needed to complete that particular job as well as giving them a timeframe. They should expect a job to be done. if they are any expectations on my end as far as safety and hazardous material, I’ll inform at that time.
