Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. Spider webs were still above the windows, the window frames were never wiped down, the doors and walls still had dirt, liquid drips and mud on them, closet shelves were still dusty, and there was still clumps of hair left in the shower wrapped around the handle from the previous owners. Very visible items to notice while cleaning. The bathroom tile, sinks, and areas behind the toilets were not thoroughly cleaned, and there was still soap residue and grime left behind. We also found dirt in closets and rooms that we hadn’t even used yet, making it obvious many areas were never cleaned.
We contacted the company the same day to express our concerns. The only solution offered was for one cleaner to return several hours later, which wasn’t practical on our move-in day. We ultimately accepted a $50 discount instead.
Now that we’ve been unpacking room by room over the past few weeks, we’ve continued finding more areas that were clearly missed. Aside from the oven, very little reflected the level of service we expected from a professional deep clean.
We rarely leave negative reviews, but after paying for a deep clean and still having to reclean much of the house ourselves, we cannot recommend this service based on our experience.
