Each card is pre-addressed and postage-paid for your convenience. Just fill it out and drop it in the mail or fill out our online comment card by clicking Contact Us and choosing Service Feedback. With independent cleaners, homeowners usually develop a personal relationship with the service provider. While this can be an asset, it may make it difficult to discuss any dissatisfaction you may have. With MaidPro, you can enjoy a personal relationship while utilizing our office to discuss any questions or concerns. Trust We are so confident in our service, we guarantee it. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area for free. MaidPro goes above and beyond to make sure all of our service providers are first rate. We complete a background and criminal history check on each staff member before we hire them. Our key coding system is so secure that over 90% of our clients leave their keys with us Staffing Our staff is outfitted with tan pants and a dark blue MaidPro shirt. You will feel comfortable when our service providers arrive at your home. Each staff member has had extensive orientation and training prior to servicing your home Our employees are bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We have the highest quality staff in the industry. The unparalleled benefits package we offer our service providers can include health insurance and retirement benefits. This allows us to hire the most professional, reliable employees. You need never worry that your service provider is unable to work due to illness, vacation, etc. With MaidPro, we always have an employee willing and able to take care of your cleaning needs. Convenience Because the people who clean your home are MaidPro employees, you don't have to worry about payroll taxes or worker's compensation issues. You will never be under a contract that commits you to a certain number of cleanings. Just give us a 2 business days notice to cancel or change your service. In most cases, we bring our own cleaning supplies! We use products and equipment which we have tested and believe to be the best in the industry. We are happy to use your supplies or a special product that you request, however, we will not be responsible for any liability that results. We offer convenient credit card payment so you never have to remember to leave a check or cash.
