Heroes Lawn Care was founded in 2012 by Taylor Olberding and Mike Marlow with the goal of giving the Omaha community a trust worthy lawn care company. Taylor and Mikes location did it all from lawn mowing, snow removal, and christmas light installation. This made the most sense when first starting out to stay busy. Now moving into the franchise world, these services have been cut back to focus on irrigation, fertilization, and pet waste removal. These three service lines all have major emphasis on creating and maintaining a healthy lawn year round by giving the customers lawn exactly what it needs.

More businesses than you’d imagine either don’t follow-up timely, don’t follow-up at all, or forget about you entirely after having an initial conversation. That can’t be said about Heroes. They are responsive, professional, pleasant to work with, and offer fair rates. Plus, they did the job much to my liking. What more can you ask for from a lawncareservice? Or any service provider for that matter. I recommend Heroes for your next outdoor project!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is a great benefit for Heroes because it allows us to share our skills and knowledge with new individuals. Most customers reach out over the phone through our call center or online using our Lawn Legend feature. Once they are a customer they will have their own portal where they can check balances and up coming services they have booked. Heroes is here for the consumers and guarantees to fix any unsolved lawn care issues.
