With Lisa Coaching is my go-to for just about any situation. Lisa knows how to illuminate the core of any issue in a unique way. It's literally like flipping a switch and seeing yourself, your task, your answers to questions in an entirely new way. I don’t even know how to begin to describe the ways in which Lisa has helped me in my life, and I’ve only had 4 sessions! She is so kind and patient, as I ramble on about things that are taking up headspace. Then she calmly walks me through my thoughts and helps me reflect and we make a plan. I was spending so much time in my own head and working with her has gotten me out of my head and into action. I would still be spinning my wheels and I may very well have given up on my dream, if I hadn’t decided to say yes to working with Lisa. She is a gem, and I could not be happier with her coaching services. It has been truly life changing for me. I can not recommned her highly enough.

Getting the Job You Want Seminar by Lisa Clements was just what I needed to help put me on the path for where I want to go next. It's been hard for me as a 40+ female to figure out how to really job search in a way that will place me in a better fit position versus just another job. The seminar was not just theoretical information it was practical tools, resources, and advice. I did a one on one with Lisa after the seminar to work on my interviewing skills. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$95/55 min session for a 6 week commitment (after the free introductory session) $125/55 min session for 1 session at a time and no package commitment (after the free introductory session)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a FREE 30 min phone conversation first to understand your goals and see if there is a basic comfort level with answering questions and conversing virtually. Then, if it feels like a good match for both of us, I encourage a 6 week commitment - either 1 session/week over 6 weeks, OR 1 session every other week for 12 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in English and a Masters in Education. I am also a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center for Credentialing and Education.
