Karen responded to me almost immediately with my packing project! Then she sent out two of her team members to help me pack up my two bedroom apartment for the next day. Not only did they complete the project, but they did it in such an organized way! I could not have asked for a better job and am excited to use the team for future projects

The organizer that was assigned my job is priceless. KarenM went above and beyond my expectations! She was efficient and excellent at her job. We worked together 3-4 days a week for the past month or so to get ready for a move. I also have some health challenges and she took care of all the heavy lifting for me! Karen has a great personality and was a joy to work with. She made the job fun and I didn’t think I would ever say that going into this !Not only did she help with de-cluttering my things she was awesome about getting the items I no longer needed to an appropriate charity. I honestly know I could not have gone through this process without her! She also helped me unpack and organize at my new house. It is much smaller so that has been a challenge. Fortunately she has great ideas and we got it done! I could kick myself that I didn’t take before pictures! If you are on the fence about hiring someone to help you with a home edit stop and get signed up immediately!! Thanks so much !!

Karen and team were amazing! We moved into our new house with a toddler, infant, and me having just gone back to work so it was chaos. Karen joined us on moving day and in 48 hours we had our two kitchens, living room, primary bed and bath, and both kids’ rooms done. They even swapped all our hangers out in our primary closet! Absolutely recommend.

Breanna was so helpful and patient. There was a lot to sort through in my basement and garage in preparation of my downsizing to move. I have some mobility issues and she did all the lifting, carrying and packing for me. She sorted and packed everything to be donated, things being kept and things to sell. Her skills really helped to reduce my stress and anxiety over how I was going to get that done on my own.

I reached out to Karen based off of her previous reviews. I’m so glad I did! She was fabulous!! We just moved into our 9th home and I was feeling overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Karen arrived perfectly on time and was able to organize the rooms we thought were a priority. It was not necessary for us to buy new furniture, Karen worked with what we had and made it all look fabulous. She organized closets, couches, and hung multiple pictures. Her team packed away items that were not necessary and took away donations. She got me to a place where I could function! I definitely would recommend Karen and her team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is competitive with full-service professional organizers in KC. We don't nickel and dime you with add-on fees. The hourly rate covers any product sourcing, delivery and installation. We take all your donations to the nearest donation center or arrange for a pick-up. If you need additional pro resources, we've got people! Our full-service approach is what sets us apart.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a quick phone call to learn more about what your project is about. Second, a personal consultation or if you send me pictures/video of your space that might be all we need. Third, wI will give you an estimate of time and cost. Fourth, we both sign the Org-etc. client agreement. Fifth, an appointment date is set. Sixth, an invoice is sent and prepaid prior to project day. Most important - we come to your house and work our magic!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Organizing-etc. started in KC in 2010. I worked as an apprentice under the owner for 5 years. I have take several qualification courses from National Association of Professional Organizers as well as the Inspired Organizer master course. And of course, experience is the best teacher. I've been organizing in KC since 2013! Each member of my team has been trained and mentored to qualify to work in your home. I only hire the best!
