- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer to get instructions, contact #, veterinarian # in case of emergency, and to learn of any peculiarities of their personalities I need to know. This also gives them a chance to get acquainted with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just a love of animals and experience housesitting for the purpose of making sure their pet(s) are well cared for and loved. I will travel to the customer and am limiting my business to cats so I can spend plenty of time with my own can too.
