Introduction: Jordan & Allison Crawford We are passionate about giving guests an excellent experience. We run two properties of our own and enjoy working with home owners both in the Kansas City area and across the country. We both have a background in medicine and strive to bring our attention to detail to the guest experience. Our goal is to take the worry and stress of running a short term rental completely off your hands. What we offer: - Setting up your listing: referring our local photographer, choosing the photos, writing the entire listing. - Calendar management: coordinating guest arrival/departure, actively working to keep occupancy high, syncing calendars between platforms. - Guest relations: handling all communication with guests before, during, and after their stay. - Pricing: utilizing dynamic pricing software to keep your prices both competitive and lucrative. - Cleaning: coordinating all cleanings and restocking supplies. - Enhancement (for local listings): Already run a short term rental? Want to increase occupancy? We will help redesign your home, update your listing, and enhance your property to increase bookings. Included are pictures of our two, local short term rentals.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    It's helpful to ask if they work for a flat rate or for a percentage of monthly revenue. Managers working for a percentage of monthly revenue will be more incentivized to keep your calendar booked, reviews high, and guests taken care of. Other questions to ask include: - If something happens to the property, what will your first step be? (Ideally, they would investigate and take care of the problem themselves instead of calling you first.) - How do you handle angry customers/guests? - What times of day will you be available for phone calls/inquiries from guests? - Do you have a process/system for messaging and keeping up with reservations?
