I recently had Shine come out to clean our windows and to say I'm impressed is an understatement. Devon and his crew were quick to respond to my inquiry, booked based off my availability, came on time and went above and beyond with their service. Of course my windows are spotless, but it was their personal touch that earned a new client moving forward.The crew was so nice to my very curious 1yo and 3.5yo kids who wanted to watch and when Devon noticed we had two storm windows he forgot to include in our quote, he offered to include them because he wanted to make sure that ALL of our windows were clean. His guys had a hard time with some very old windows so they actually left to get some more serious stuff to get the decades worth of crud off and came back to make sure I was happy with the job. Following up from our experience, Devon sent a hand written thank you note. We will be using Shine now every Spring and Fall. Thanks guys!
