Donovan was absolutely amazing during the whole process. He walked me though every step to achieve the look I wanted within my price range! I have lots of windows in my house that are all different sizes and he double measured every single one with different measuring techniques to be sure they fit perfectly. He kept my family in mind the whole time and mounted the blinds in a way so my kiddos didn’t get hurt if they were tugged on. And on 2 of the doors, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the way they looked even though it was what I wanted at the beginning, so Donovan cut them for me that day and remounted them for me and I was so happy with the outcome! He made this process so easy and affordable

Donovan was amazing !! From the moment I put in the request in thumbtack, he was very responsive and flexible.
He knew the work of the job and made sure I had extra precautions for the product. He even saw other minor things to my house that needed attention that I did not know were there! He resolved them !

I’m cannot say enough about how amazing Donovan and his team have been with our new blinds. They were so professional, checked every measurement three times or more to make them fit perfectly, and really made me feel comfortable in my home with my babies, always being cognizant of the noise and nap schedules. Their prices are so incredible that we ended up doing all of the windows in the house and we’re so happy with our finished project!

We will beat any written estimate from a reputable company. If you allow us to quote you last we promise you’ll be happy every time!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a no-pressure approach. We come to your home, measure using laser technology so we can be as precise as possible, then go over as many or as few styles & colors as you’d like so that you can make an informed decision. We will leave you with a written estimate so that you can take your time and get back to us if you decide to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in the home improvement industry; from starting out as an installer to project management & new-hire training. I have a bit of OCD which works in my clients favor; I won’t consider a job completed until you’re 100% satisfied.
