I'll be honest, going in I was worried since I noticed the business was new. However Waleed, the manager, took exceptional care of me. I dropped my phone on Christmas which left it with a badly cracked screen, went in this morning and was quickly taken care of. The manager was able to replace the screen in no time, and afterward got me situated with a screen protector and a much better case. Overall it was very decently priced and my phone was like new.

Coming from out of town on business and my laptop died. Luckily I found this place and they did a great job repairing my dell laptop! Great service and he made sure I understood what was wrong with my laptop and was even nice enough to look at my phone! Thanks

Waleed replaced my usb port on my Samsung Galaxy S Tab3 7"tablet. He responded immediately to my repair request. He had the part needed when I dropped my tablet off and completed the repair in 24 hrs. He was polite, professional, and very affordable, about 30% cheaper than the other places I contacted for the same repair. I will be using Waleed for all my future repair needs.

The quote was reasonable, but the tablet required another part that was added to the bill, without any notification that the bill would be different and without asking my approval. They were to call when it was done and I called them to find out that it would take a day longer than promised due to the additional part. Glad I didn't drive out there to find that out! Overall though, the tablet works like new and all my information and settings were just as I left them, which was wonderful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple, it covers labor, equipment and transportation; and very rarely additional parts are needed. We always let costumers know before charging anything additional.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying Electrical and Computer Engineering, learning to make most of the things I repair from scratch. Our other technician is A+ certified and does yearly retraining with the National Guard in their IT unit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We can repair almost every consumer digital device, both software and hardware.
