I specialize in Italian cuisine. Using high end ingredients. My cuisine is country style Italian, with hearty portions. My customers ask me this question every time! I love taking care of people through food and service. Service is one thing that is hard to find on an excellent level and I offer that. PUBLIC APPEARANCES: February 1, 2019 Folsom Public Library - Food Demonstration and Talk. This event was a success with three sponsors. I had a free bottle of olive oil for the audience. What can I say! This was the best experience we have had in 7 years of Valentines Day. We had the opportunity to stay in and have such a wonderful chef come to our home and prepare such an amazing meal. Having Francesca at our home was such a delightful event for us! She created an amazing four course meal for my wife and I, and provided my son with all the same meals as part of our experience. Her cooking was hands down the best Italian cuisine we have ever had. After many years fighting Valentines Day crowds and prices, we undoubtably be working with Francesca for all of our events moving forward. Everything was handmade to perfection. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu, my personal favorites were the Lasagna Bolognese, Salmon, Osso Bucco and Tiramisu. She prepared in advance, setup everything, prepared all the food, plated and served everything beautifully, and even left the kitchen as clean as it was before she showed up. I just can't say enough great things about tonight, Francesca, and the experience she delivered for my family. Thank you Francesca, you have earned a lifetime customer. We will see you for the 4th of July! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I couldn't be happier with Francesca and her amazing food! From the minute Francesca arrived she was professional, yet friendly and easygoing. She prepared the meal while my family continually commented on the mouthwatering aromas. Every dish was absolutely delectable. The caprese was so fresh, the lasagna with handmade noodles was indulgent, the osso buco was deeply flavorful, and the cheesecake and panna cotta were rich and satisfying. My entire family enthusiastically agreed that we would hire Francesca again the next time we wanted a personal chef. P.S. The leftovers were just as good the next day!
