They did a great job doing the repair. A previous company wanted to do a full repair for $400 more. But these guys were honest and did do a repair. They were very professional, as well.

Hiring this contractor was a terrible experience. He completed only 50% of the agreed-upon work and then failed to return for the remaining portion despite confirming a specific date and time. I attempted to contact him 12 times via calls and numerous messages but received no response. This unexpected abandonment of the job, especially after I placed complete trust in him, was highly unprofessional. Additionally, during his work, he accidentally broke a large window glass, for which he was supposed to coordinate with window repair specialists, and come back for a repair, but he never showed up.
