- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard fee is 7% this is because I do not give substandard service to my clients on a listing. On the buy side my fee is negotiated in the contract of the particular listing the buyer does not pay that fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with the seller I will meet with them at their property and tour the property with them we will sit down and discuss what their goals and timeline is for marketing and selling the property. I never give a value of a property on the first visit without assessing it first. On the second visit I'm more critical of the property pointing out possible issues as well as upgrades that could improve the marketability of the property. When I meet with buyers for the first time I'm doing a lot of listening and asking questions to gather a better idea of what they are seeking. From that I typically show a couple of homes to asses if I am tracking with their needs and wants and adjust the search appropriately from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified licensed Realtor® with the National Association of the Realtors Kansas board of Realtors and Missouri board of Realtors. I am a Military Relocation Professional. Through the year I participate in continued education through Reece Nichols to improve upon the service and skills I provide my clients currently.
