We had a water heater that was replaced buy 123 Plumbing. The water heater was in an odd location in a closet and it protruded halfway into the Attic. A competitor was completely intimidated by the job. Paul came in and spent some time evaluating it before committing. He did an excellent job! He obviously knows what he's doing. He is professional, personable and very up front and reasonable with his prices. I would definitely use him again.

Paul did everything he said he would, and more - replacing the garbage disposal (he actually fixed the old one but, it was only 1/3 hp and I wanted to step up to 1/2 hp) and, repairing the garbage disposal drain pipe which was not connected properly. He was on time, communicated well and often. This is the experience I expect using Thumbtack Pros and Paul certainly delivered!

Paul does an excellent job communicate what is needed, as well as providing extraordinary customer service. He showed up on tome for all appointments and the pricing very reasonable. He is definitely a plumber whose number is locked into my phone. Stay away from the big boys and their ridiculous pricing to cover overhead cost and give Paul a call
