What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a written quote from another company I can beat it. I offer a 5% veteran discount and a 5% cash discount, and they can be used together to get 10% off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I meet with the customer and thoroughly
inspect the stump and surrounding areas for exposed roots. If there is any doubt about buried utilities it is best to have them marked. Usually I am able to grind the stump during the first meeting other wise we determine the best time for the customer and I arrive promptly to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified arborist and have worked in the industry for 18+ years.
