Introduction: I started out in this business 34 yrs ago in Dallas.I worked at ALL of the most prestigious private nightclubs in the city. I loved it so much it became my career. I'm fast and very personable! I love making new friends if even for a night. I will rock your event with smiles and enthusiasm!! Because I LOVE MY WORK!!! I consider myself a " mixologist" not just a bartender. I mix a great tasting drink. But the Best part of my job is the people I meet!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As with all my customers I try to make them feel as comfortable and reassured as possible. I have a very outgoing personality and I can make people feel at ease as soon as we meet.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in Dallas,Tx. 35 years ago, cocktailing, then got into bartending and that was it. I found my career. I love it as much today as I did in the beginning.
What types of customers have you worked with?
So many over 35 years. I've waited on all types and walks of life. Everyone is treated the same. They are All my guests.
