We also make cupcakes, pushpop cupcakes, cake pops, brownies, and treats of all types. We specialize in creating your treat to complement your event and match your party decor.

We offer dessert buffets, cookie buffets, and candy buffets. Everything is made from scratch, with no preservatives. We offer sugar-free and gluten-free options as well.

A. We customize cookies and treats to complement your event! You choose your shape, colors and designs. You can put baby, graduation, wedding photos on your cookies or treats and add any text, names and dates at no extra charge.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. It is important when finding a pastry baker for the items to taste as great as they look.

We guarantee all our products and know you will crave our cookies.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The secret is to make everything fresh, from scratch and make sure every item tastes as GREAT as they look.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask about taste.
Ask if they use preservatives.
Are the items homemade, all from scratch?
What steps are taken to protect items from certain products for allergies?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I use no preservatives, so you will want to pick up your order as close to your event as possible, or plan to place in your freezer until needed.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The cookies taste fabulous!

My cookies are a soft sugar cookie with your choice of icing. The most popular icing is a soft buttercream icing.

I am the only one in the Midwest with the capability to print images onto BOTH royal icing and buttercream icing.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my job because it is like playing in the kitchen every day. A favorite hobby that has turned into a profession, simply by word of mouth.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. CAN YOU FREEZE THE COOKIES? YES, simply place in your freezer, they are packaged for the freezer and it will stop the aging process. Just thaw an hour or 2 before your event and they'll be as fresh as when you bought them.

DO THEY CONTAIN NUTS? NO, I take great care not to bake 'nut free' items on any day that 'nut' items are baked or packaged.


Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have many funny stories about my business.

My favorite story would be when a dedicated customer ran up to me and asked me to act like we didn't know each other......her husband was with her and he didn't know she bought a box of cookies every week, because she ate them before she got home. She didn't want him to know she NEVER shared. :)

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How GREAT our products taste!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. This job came from so many people asking if I would bake for them. After years and years of declining, I stopped saying 'no' when the kids were raised and left home. It has quickly grown into a full time job.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We support our community charities and school events.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We continuously stay informed on new products, designs and flavors.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Our new store at the West Ridge Mall was completely redecorated and remodeled just for US,
