I dropped off my computer and it was evaluated and the issue was resolved. I'm happy with the end outcome but do feel the computer repair could have been cheaper if I had known to send the wireless connectivity device with the computer.Sep 21, 2016Verified
He is knowledgeable and fixed my computer fast, efficient and by the quick dead line i needed it in. Not to mention his charges are better then any other computer repair company. I would recommend him to anyone. He may work out of his home but that saves you charges that he would have to charge if he had a building.Jun 11, 2016Verified
Dale did such a wonderful job. Dropped the computer late Saturday afternoon and he fixed my computer, back to me the next day, early then he anticipated. His rates are so reasonable. Thank youApr 17, 2016Verified
CPR was honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again if needed.Oct 5, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My basic service costs $30. Pickup and delivery is a minimal additional fee. This will get your computer up and running unless I find major problems that require re-installing the operating system, complete back-up or parts replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to get a basic understanding on what problems the customer is having. Most of the time I can visualize what they are explaining, this allows me to better explain how I can help them. When they drop it off I will ask certain questions that will allow me to proceed with the repair, sometimes I will have to call to get additional information or permission to proceed with a particular repair. After the upgrade or repair is finished I will re test the computer as if there is still a problem, this allows me to verify that it will work for the customer. When the customer picks their computer up, if they have time I will turn it on and show them what I have done; this is mostly concerning the speed of a slow computer after repair. If it is a new version I will also give them a disc that has the current operating system so if they need to fix minor issues they can use the disc making the fix easy at home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Associates in Network Administration as of December of 2015. I am currently studying for a B.A. in Cyber-Security and Information Systems.
