- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Techie 911 offers several different pricing options. Certain jobs, like a windows password recovery, take a fixed amount of time and a fixed price. Other Jobs may be billed on an hourly rate. Our hourly rate is $45 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum, after the first hour we bill in half hour increments. Lastly our business customers have the option of signing up for our metered equipment protection otherwise known as MEP . MEP is a flat monthly rate for unlimited service and requires a technician visit to survey your current setup and equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the Technicians at Techie 911 stay up to date with the current and upcoming technologies. Staying informed about new technologies and services prepares our technicians for their work in the field, so they are never caught off guard.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job requests we receive at Techie 911 are Home computer repair, virus or malware removal, recovery of forgotten passwords, and internet connection problems.
