Introduction: I am a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. I help my clients discover the root cause of their chronic disease or illness, so that it can be healed and reversed, not just treated. My clients are inspired, educated, and empowered to take back their health. I have been working as a Certified Health Coach since 2013, and recently become AFMC Certified in 2020. I work with clients who struggle with Insulin Resistance, Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, Migraines, Anxiety, Depression, Gut Health Issues, Toxicity, and Hormonal Imbalance. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount for programs that are paid in full.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief discovery call to get to know the client, I will send them a complete health history form and a symptom questionnaire form that will need to be submitted at least 3 days prior to their appointment. If they have any recent lab work, I will ask to review that as well. This will give me time to research and prepare a plan for my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, AFMC Certified in Functional Medicine for Coaching, and a Certified Reiki Practitioner.
