- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount for programs that are paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief discovery call to get to know the client, I will send them a complete health history form and a symptom questionnaire form that will need to be submitted at least 3 days prior to their appointment. If they have any recent lab work, I will ask to review that as well. This will give me time to research and prepare a plan for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, AFMC Certified in Functional Medicine for Coaching, and a Certified Reiki Practitioner.
