We hired Riverside Construction to do a bathroom remodel job. The estimate we were given was very close to the actual cost, and the timeline was close as well. They were very respectful of our home, and cleaned up the area before they left. Brett and Rich were so very helpful when it came time for me to make decisions on color, material, etc. I was kept informed of all delays, and changes. I was encouraged to call with any questions or concerns, even after they were finished. The electric company they used (Young Electric) was very nice, and professional.The finished product is so very nice, and I am very pleased with their work. I will use them on future projects.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Mr. Hudson. He inspected the damage created by the lightening strike to my home, he was able to determine that he would be able to replace and repair the siding. He also was able to provide other sources to take care of the electrical, heating/air conditioning and appliance repair. The lightening struck in the early morning hours last Sunday and the major repairs were completed yesterday. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Linda J

Removed three windows on the north side of an upstairs room and made a solid wall. Outside and inside were perfectly finished. Brett went the extra mile and drove to another town to get steel siding to match our house. Excellent job!

I had a glass block window removed. They had to wait , for several days, while another contractor came in to do some inside work, They came back and gave me some suggestions on things. then did a great job. Much more that I expected.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generall bid by the job, not by the hour. My bids have a detailed materials list, not just a single price for everything. This way the customer can see where their money is going.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and offer references and testimonials. Take a look at the project, and develop a detailed bid. Set up a time to meet again with the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the lead renovation training required by law by the EPA. This is generally for homes built before 1978. This means I am certified and licensed by the state of Kansas and know how to prevent lead dust from contaminating you and your home.
